International student arrivals in August 2025 have declined by 19% compared to arrivals in August 2024. This figure is similar to international enrollment predictions but doesn’t perfectly represent international enrollment since it doesn’t include international students who stayed in the U.S. over the summer, reports Inside Higher Ed.
